Quality products are as important to EMCA as they are to our customers. Once an ingredient or raw material has been approved by our customer, they know that they will be receiving the same quality ingredient every time. We do not change our processes or our blended ingredients to lower costs. Any changes must be requested by our customer for their approval for use in their finished products.
Our overall assistance to our customers provides the competitive pricing which assists them in making their product lines the premier product lines for their marketplace. We are certainly not the “lowest cost” supplier of any one ingredient but our overall assistance can lower total costs while maintaining or increasing finished product quality.

While we cannot supply our clients with all of their ingredient and raw material requirements, we try to fulfill our commitment to our clients by assisting them in obtaining those additional requirements from other reputable suppliers.
Where possible, our Service & Administration Division will work with our clients to provide guaranteed term financing for their re-occurring purchases to minimize inventory costs while maximizing cost savings using consolidated and mixed, full container load shipping. |
